Patients must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently receiving hospice or end-of-life care

  • Living in Las Vegas, Nevada

  • Experiencing financial hardship(s)

  • In need of financial support

Applications may be submitted by family, social workers, caregivers, or the patients themselves.
